IS THE AUTOWORXSTORE.COM WEBSITE SECURE?
All of our orders are processed through a secure, PCI compliant network. AUTOWORXSTORE.COM uses Shopify. We never see your credit card information and certainly would never share it with anyone else!

We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards.
HOW MANY DAYS UNTIL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders will be dispatched as soon as it's ready from our distribution partners. We will send you an email letting you know as soon as it has been sent.
HOW MANY DAYS UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER!
We are shipping 24/7 from our distribution partners to keep up with the demand.
USA: The majority of the orders arrive in 7-12 days.
International: The majority of the orders arrive in 12-20 days.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking information!

All orders are custom made to you. All sales are final and can not be returned.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS STOLEN?
"AUTOWORX" is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, "AUTOWORX" will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
ARE ALL OF THE PRODUCTS IN MY ORDER SENT TOGETHER?
Products are occasionally sent separately to reach you as quickly as possible, to avoid customs charges, or because they are being sent from separate distribution centers.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION FOR MY ORDEER, WHAT'S GOING ON?
If you didn't receive any confirmation email from us it can only mean that you either mistyped your email (for example gnail instead of gmail, gmail.con instead of gmail.com) or used a secondary email and forgot about it. You can contact us with the correct full name you used in your order and we will gladly update your email address and re-send you your order confirmation email.
